Description：

1. PVC Door and Window Profile Extrusion Line is a production line used to produce door and window profiles. This production line consists of a PVC mixer, a conical twin-screw extruder, a profile calibration table, a haul-off machine, a cutter, a stacker, etc.
2. PVC mixer: This machine is used to mix PVC raw materials with additives, stabilizers, and other compounds to form a uniform PVC compound suitable for extrusion.
3. Conical twin-screw extruder: The PVC compound is fed into the extruder, where it is heated, melted, and forced through a die to form the desired profile shape. The conical twin-screw design provides efficient mixing and melting of the PVC material.
4. Profile calibration table: After extrusion, the profiles pass through a calibration table where they are shaped and cooled to achieve the desired size and surface finish.
