Description:
The Plastic Pipe Production Line can be widely used in the production of water supply pipe, gas pipe, electrical pipe, building drainage pipe, etc. The main parts are single screw extruder, mold, vacuum setting tank, cooling water tank, tractor, cutting device, stacker or Pipe Winding Machine.
 
Application:
  1. HDPE pipes have many advantages and are widely used in water, gas and power systems. HDPE pipes are made of high-density polyethylene, a thermoplastic polymer known for its toughness, flexibility and resistance to corrosion and chemical degradation. They come in different diameters to meet a variety of water supply needs.
  2. Modified polypropylene (MPP) power cable protection pipe is a new type of plastic pipe, using modified polypropylene as the main raw material, using special formula and processing technology. It has a series of advantages such as high strength, high temperature resistance, simple construction and cost saving.

Production Line Flow Chart:
Raw material+additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → extrusion mold → calibrators → Vacuum Calibration Tank → water cooling tank → haul-off machine → cutting machine → stacker or pipe winder
